Payment Policy:
The adult who brings the child to the office is responsible for payment. Payment is due at the time of the visit and may be made by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa. We also offer payment on line through Dental Banc. If the child is covered under dental insurance, the adult must pay the amount not expected to be covered by insurance at the time of service.
Payment Discounts:
A 10% courtesy discount is offered for services paid in full on the same day they are rendered, providing there is no existing balance on the account. If you have insurance, a walkout statement will be provided to you so you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Insurance:
We are a preferred provider with Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Premier, Guardian, Met Life, United Health Care, Cigna, Aetna, Wellpoint, Connecticare, Mashantucket, United Concordia and CT Husky plans. As a courtesy, we will process all primary insurance claims whether we participate with your insurance company or not. The parent must pay the estimated amount not covered by insurance at the time of the visit.
