When you arrive for your first visit at our office please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office. These forms are also available on the website for you to print. You can fill out these forms at home and bring them to your first visit. If you do not do this please arrive 15 minutes before your appointed time to fill them out in the office.
Your initial visit will last approximately one hour. Oral hygiene instructions will be provided along with suggestions to help you care for your teeth. In most cases, we will also clean your child’s teeth on this visit and your child’s dentist will provide an evaluation that will outline your child’s existing dental problems and proposed treatment.
